Current Projects

A development of 7 apartments in East Dulwich, London is about to conclude and offered to the market. Final stages of planning for a development in Clapham consisting of a duplex apartment and 2 Houses is on the way. 

Future 

Properties in Belmont, Farnborough and Peckham have been a acquired for development for the new year.

We have a dedicated team headed by an experienced research and negotiator to search out properties and consider the opportunity and its suitability for our company.

Technical & Management

Our technical and management team take on a project once it has the necessary planning,    Building regulation and tender for construction. During the whole process careful management has proved to be valuable to ensure an efficient and profitable conclusion of the project.

General

Windcrest is a parent company of many differing activities; ranging from Electronics, Medical and Property. Each company is independent in terms of management and  its end  goals, however, assistance and support is available to any company within the group to bring success to the company and the group.

Stage 1

Prepare

All parts of the project is planned and double checked. All contractors and sub-contractors are vetted and engaged. Quotations are consider for good value for money. 

Stage 2

Construction

Once the project has been finalised, management team monitor the construction phase and liaise with the Building Control inspectors. This is to ensure there are no last minute re-works needed. Every thing is checked and appropriate certificates are obtained prior to hand-over. 

Stage 3

Sell or Rent

Towards the completion of the project the market is evaluated and a decision is made as to selling the project, either as a whole or in parts to achieve the maximum profit. If circumstances suggests the project should be held, then we would lease or rent to such time that it may be financially beneficial to sell.
